Every property manager works differently. Some give us one case a year, others an entire portfolio. That is why we have no standard rate: how high your share is depends on the number, frequency and effort of your referrals.
We set this out together in a cooperation agreement before the first case starts. We will certainly come to an agreement. And your owners sell or let quickly, because we approach registered buyers and tenants first.

An owner in your management wants to sell a flat, a house or a commercial property. We value it, market it, hold the viewings and vet the buyers up to the notary appointment. On completion your company receives the agreed share.

If an owner in your management wants to sell or let, you give us the contact with their consent. We take care of the valuation, marketing, viewings, vetting of interested parties and completion.
Yes. Your company shares in every completion that comes about through your referral. We record the share in a cooperation agreement. Its amount depends on the number, frequency and effort of your referrals, so we agree it individually with each property manager. We will certainly come to an agreement. The sale does not become more expensive for the owner.
Yes. If a tenancy agreement for a flat or commercial space comes about through your referral, your company also shares in the result. The details are set out in the cooperation agreement. Your owners have less vacancy and you have less work: marketing, viewings, vetting of interested parties and preparing the contract are our job.
Yes. We ask you to tell the owner before your referral that your company shares in the result if it succeeds, and that the owner's commission does not increase as a result. We also mention this in our first conversation with the owner. This keeps your referral transparent and avoids a conflict of interest.
You point the owner to us and, with their consent, give us their contact. That is all. Passing on documents, holding viewings, discussing the price or negotiating with interested parties is not part of your role. BBI does this, so that your company does not carry out any brokerage activity of its own.
