Heizung und Warmwasser liefert eine zentrale Heizstation, die 2018 neu eingebaut wurde, sodass in der Wohnung keine eigene Therme zu warten ist.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerraum im Untergeschoss. Geräumt und nicht vermietet, wird sie nach Absprache mit dem Verkäufer übergeben.
